Get to know our educational project
At Agora Portals International School we work on an educational project which is defined by 5 distinctive elements: the International Baccalaureate as a model for the future, multilingualism, STEAM, sport and health, and a commitment to providing pupils with the tools they need to grow as global citizens.
Agora Portals is an authorised centre to teach the Diploma Programme (DP) of the International Baccalaureate® (IB) at the Baccalaureate stage, providing pupils with a curriculum universally accepted by higher education institutions.
In addition, the school prepares students for an international future and offers a multilingual educational project with linguistic immersion beyond English, official qualifications and international exchanges and events.
Another of the key elements of our project for children's all-round development is music and the expressive arts, as they provide multiple cognitive and personal benefits and help to strengthen their communication skills. Agora Portals is an Official Music Conservatory, enabling pupils to obtain the Elementary Grade of Music.
Sport also plays an important role in our curriculum, helping to develop and promote values such as teamwork and self-improvement. Students have access to the Agora Sports Club, they play more than 14 different sports and have sports teams which compete in federated leagues.
As part of the Globeducate educational group, we prepare our students to be global citizens who can change the world, encouraging them to take ownership and shape their own future.
