Diario de Mallorca has interviewed the director of Agora Portals International School, Rafael Barea, for his Private and Concerted Education Special. In the interview, Rafael Barea explains in detail the educational project of Agora Portals and its unique educational offer on the island. It also highlights how being part of an international educational group like Globeducate helped the school to anticipate the situation and offer online training from the first day of confinement, with extraordinary follow-up by the students.

Regarding the educational project, Rafael Barea breaks down its distinctive elements in the interview: multilingualism, music and expression, sports and health, values ​​(Shaping the world) and the International Baccalaureate, since Agora Portals was the first school in the Balearic Islands authorized to teach the prestigious International Baccalaureate® (IB) Diploma Program (PD). Among other things, the interview highlights the ambitious linguistic proposal of the centre, the fact that it is one of the only 4 schools in Spain that integrate the studies of the Official Conservatory of Music into its program and also its recognition by UNICEF as Reference Centre for Education, Children’s Rights and Global Citizenship.
